Jeep 4xe Fires Continue: Now There Are Lawsuits

Two more Jeep 4xe fires — one in California, one in Massachusetts — both reportedly while charging. One happened at the Google campus and damaged multiple vehicles. The other was captured on video by Waltham Fire, showing vapor buildup inside the passenger compartment.

Now Stellantis is facing multiple lawsuits over fire risks, battery defects, and whether their software recall actually fixes the problem. This video breaks down the recent fires, the design concerns I’ve been pointing out for years, and the growing legal pressure on Jeep.

This marks my sixth video on Jeep fires. And no, “It’s a Jeep thing” doesn’t quite cover it.
