...Stupid question - it is not recommended to let unused electrical devices (for example mobile charger) in power outlet permanently, it draws some power all the time and can cause fire...
That's not a stupid question. It's good to think about it before you do such stuff. But here it is no problem when the charger remains connected to the battery, while the mains is unconnected to the power grid. That's due to the typical design of these chargers, with their internal schottky diodes. They act like a valve, preventing any relevant power going into the charger.

...I do not understand what Stecker do you mean - some connector (Anderson ?) that connects charger's input cable to another connector on cable from Type 2 socket (this makes sense, there has to be a way to disconnect Type 2 socket so plastic panel can be removed) ?
I presume that this orange cable is + and - connected only to Type 2 socket. ...
Zimmermännche refered with "the orange cable" to the mains supply of the charger. This cable leads (obviously) to the Type 2 charging connector. And yes, it makes sense that there is a connector in between the mains supply of the charger (orange cable) and the Type 2 socket of the bike. You need to have a possibility to disconnect it when disassembling the bikes cladding. But its AC 240V (only a single phase) at this side, no + or -
, so you'll have live, neutral and ground. I guess the connector won't be of Anderson style
. It needs to be a (waterproof) 3-pin connector, able to deal with approx. 10A AC current (16A if you've fitted an 40A charger).

About your penultimate post:
don't rely on the colors of the julet connector cables. there is no standard or rule for the coloring scheme an it might even change inside a batch of connectors/cables.

For Miguello 80:
When I had the left coverings off, I made some more pictures. More you can not see from the left side or even from the direction of the seat.
Attached again a few pictures because of the charger and type 2 connection.
The orange cable from the charger probably goes to the white plug in the background.
The orange cable from type 2 connector:
1. the thick wires (from the Type 2 connector) probably also go to this white plug (whether from the white plug still cables lead somewhere else was so not to recognize.
2. the thin wires (from the Typ2 connection) probably go to a connector on the right side of the controller.
I hope this helps a little bit.
