Did you ever reached the turtle mode, where the controller limits the max. speed & acceleration to reduce power consumption and deep discharging the battery?

Yes, max speed on 3 around 40 km/h, two last bars on display I did get home and charged it to full. Did not measure voltage I will add an voltmeter. I am thinking about buying different, hall version, at least no additional cable would be needed.

I'll have a look where I can find a newer version of the MotorNet app. Mine is version 1.5.4. , installed more than a year now.

I will play with field weakening (on the road, not without load), up to 818 RPM 100 % and lower it to 50 % at MaxSpeed 1272 RPM and then all 1 %.

I looked on battery, 12 screws + silicone, I should be able to open it, but I am affraid that inside it will be sealed with silicone or something similar and I will not see BMS

Thank you for the download link Mario, so I don't need to search for it .

About the battery: It's very likely that you will see a silicone sealed block when you open it (as gdv-it did here some time ago). But maybe the BMS is on top and you can scratch off some of the silicone to have a look at the brand and model number?

Yes, that is the plan. It would be great if it was ready for plug and play change for better BMS (200-300A), then controller could be set for higher line current = more power. And also breaker - I have 150A breaker and till today I did not find any stronger.

But only if the controller is rated for a higher current. You won't be able to change the current beyond the limit of the controller.

Wie man sehe kann bei qs ist die Version 2 mit 26 Polen ausgestattet und Version 3 mit 16 man könnte mehr Geschwindigkeit raus bekommen wenn man die v3 nehmen würde. Das heißt das man auch auf die 120 kmh mit dem richtigen Kontroller kommen würde.

Eine Andre Frage für mich selbst ich würde gern die Grenze Meins BMS ausloten wollen ob der wirklich bei 150A dichtmacht. Doch vor ein Kurzschluss Test würde ich absehen wollen. Genau so habe ich bedenke den an ein Wasserwiderstand a zuschließen. Vielleicht einer einen Andre Idee?

Den DC-Strom am Controller Stück für Stück hoch drehen und dann beim bergauf fahren schauen was passiert.
im schlimmsten Fall raucht dir dabei aber der Controller ab , weil er die Rückspeisespannung vom Motor nach dem wegbrechen des Akkus nirgends wo mehr hin schieben kann. Das sollte im Bereich unter 70km/h nicht passieren, da dort die Feldschwächung noch nicht aktiv ist und somit die generierte Spannung noch im Bereich liegt welche der Controller verkraften sollte.

Wenn du Zugriff auf eine Elektronische Last >10kW hast könntest du auch die nehmen.
Anbei ein Bildchen von ersten Dauertest (voll nach leer) mit 82A meines Akkus und der Verkabelung, allerdings hatte die Last nur die Möglichkeit 7kW zu ziehen.

Nun, State of the Art sind die V4 (Wicklungs)-Motoren. Ein 8.000W Motor mit der richtigen kV-Zahl (Umdrehungen pro Volt) sollte die 120km/h packen. Des Weiteren braucht man einen stärkeren Controller sowie ein stärkeres BMS. In V4 nehmen: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/33045740 ... 45421%21sh

Yes, you are right. My actual controller should handle 150A but I am thinking about better one, ND72530 or higher (I am thinking also about rebuilding stock battery to higher voltage).

Danke, so was habe ich auch schon länger gesucht. Ob die was taugen wird sich zeigen. Ich brauche 250A für meinem anstehenden Controllerumbau. Habe ja jetzt einen kleinen 72680 und einen deutlich größeren 96850 im Keller liegen. Der 96850 schien mir für meinen weichen Rollerrahmen dann doch etwas zu übertrieben zu sein.

Be aware, that you likely need another tachometer then, because our custom fardriver at the E-Odin 2.0 uses a proprietary TTL protocol to communicate with the speedo.
