I do not understand how would you do it "programmatically" when alarm is only an unprogrammable stupid box.
Damaging connector ??? Man, you would have to use a hammer + fire to damage it

Take off the seat and you will see it. Unplug two connectors and you are alarm-free
Test the bike without alarm, when beeping is gone, it is a faulty alarm. Get new one on Aliexpress or live without it.
By the way - did you mess with controllers settings like antitheft etc. ?
Once I experienced weird thing - I stopped, get off the bike, let it on, get on a continue riding and bike started to beep, like antitheft (that I did not activated). After I stopped and turned it off and on again it was ok. Mystery...
