Hmm, good point, thank you, I have to measure it but I expect that this socket is alive and water can cause short-circuit. In my bike is this socket connected directly to controller (or more precisely on bolts where is battery's + and - connected) so I will think about adding a breaker that disconnects this socket from controller and will be switched on only before charging.seba222333 hat geschrieben: ↑So 29. You can't see where to connect the plug, after a ride in the rain, the whole socket is in the mud and additionally wet (which is not good in connection with electricity). The rubber socket cover does not quite fit and can sometimes fall out.
I can not agree more. But even Zero has its problems so what can we expect for that money. I am fine with the need of some work and investments but I see a big difference between upgrade and improvement and solving "childish problems" like bad protection against water etc.
All my discs dash/scratches against break pads, only in specific positions, maybe 5-10 % of one spin. On a (mountain) bike you can bend them but I would not risk it here. It makes me angry, it is like a rattling paper card on a three years old boy's bike I thought about better ones, not from Dayi or their dealers, but I did not find measurements (only 300mm for front and 220mm for rear if I remember) so I have to tear it down and measure inner hole etc. and then look on Internet. What discs did you buy ?seba222333 hat geschrieben: ↑So 29. Jan 2023, 08:12I replaced the front disc with a new one, sewed a new seat, replaced the tires and am waiting for the new season to start.
As I see you unmounted whole rear wheel with disconnected cables. I want to save the work with getting cables back and securing them so I will try to change the rear tire only with getting wheel to the side - check this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IrLNwSKraQ4
