Das ist auch so meine Erfahrung. Je 10 km geht der Tacho im Vergleich zum GPS ungefähr 2 kmh vor. Bei 50 werden 60 angezeigt, bei 100 120kmh. Zwar irgendwie n bisschen ärgerlich, aber etwas, womit man gut klar kommen kann

Ja, vom Durchzug her und auch mit der wirklichen Geschwindigkeit bin ich mit der Odin 3.0 auf jeden Fall zufrieden. Aber da wir hier keine Kommunikation zustande bekommen und den Tacho dadurch auch nicht genauer anpassen können habe ich nach einer günstigen Lösung gesucht und der Fahrradtacho für 30 Euro ist dafür nicht schlecht.
Letzte Woche ist auch mein Vater mal mit der Odin Probe gefahren, hat sich schon lange darauf gefreut (er darf mit dem alten Autoführerschein noch 125er fahren und fährt normal eine 125er Supermoto) ich bin mit meiner 650er Supermoto mitgefahren.
Mit der Odin hat er erstmal nur Fahrstufe 2 getestet um sich etwas daran zu gewöhnen. Selbst in Fahrstufe 2 war er gut mit 95 km/h laut meinem (Supermoto)Tacho unterwegs.

Hallo zusammen,

meine E Odin hat mittlerweile gut 2000 km runter. Und im großen und ganzen bin ich zufrieden mit ihr.

Eine Sache gibt es dann allerdings doch die mich stört. Die absolut unzureichenden Scheinwerfer. Mein Fahrrad hat ne bessere Beleuchtung

Kann man die irgendwie upgraden?

Vielleicht reicht es Dir ja einfach schonmal den Scheinwerfer so auszurichten, dass er vor Dir auf die Straße leuchtet und nicht ins Nirwana.

Leider gibt's im Originalzustand der E-Odin keine Leuchtweiteneinstellung. Bei vielen E-Odins trifft der Lichtkegel erst so 30 - 50m vor dem Fahrzeug auf die Straße; was absoluter Mist ist, da man so quasi blind in eine Kurve einfährt.

Aber hier (unter Punkt 2) findest du beschrieben, wie man das trotzdem hinbekommt.

Hello

First, I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I am very impressed by the discussions, it is a great forum.

Now to the problem with my bike. I have an e-odin 3.0 10kw (UK branded as Thelmoco Farsta 10000). I
set off for work a few days ago and the motor and screen both cut out (no power at all). It did not turn back on again using the key. I first tried resetting the main switch under the seat, but that did not help. However, eventually I found that the dashboard did start up again when I used the key fob. The motor also worked, but I noticed that there was a slight grinding noise from the motor so I stopped my attempts at getting it working.

Unfortunately the UK dealer has closed down so I am having to try to fix the bike myself. I have contacted the Madat shop but they said I needed to send the bike to their shop in Germany to diagnose the problem (I am in England).

My first question is whether anybody has had a similar problem with this bike, or any idea what the cause might be?

My next question is whether there is a Bluetooth connector for diagnosing the problem? Looking at the previous posts it seems that there is not a Bluetooth device for the e-odin 3.0 controller yet. Is that still correct?

Das Problem was du beschreibst klingt ähnlich dem Problem wie Jeff-jordan es beschreibt. Könnte also ein Phasenschluss des Motors sein oder der Controller könnte vielleicht einen Defekt haben.

Kommt bei dir auch eine Piepton Reihenfolge vom Controller?

Was ist den bei der Odin 3.0 für ein Controller verbaut?
Steckt da auch ein Fardriver drin?
Wurde der "gebrandet"?
Kenne das von diversen anderen Geräten, da geht die Kommunikation nur mit der Software des jeweiligen Herstellers, obwohl die Softwareversionen an sich komplett identisch sind wird es aber trotzdem nicht erkannt.
Bei einer etwas ältern Software um einen DSP zu programmieren, reicht es sogar in einem Text-File, welches beim Start abgefragt, wird den Herstellernamen zu ändern. Heute wird das sicher nicht mehr so simpel sein.

Btw. Ich suche ein in Deutschland zugelassenes Serienfahrzeug welches einen Fardriver ND72530 oder ND72680 vebaut hat, wer was weiß, bitte melden. sachdienliche Hinweise enden dann hoffentlich mit einer TüV Abnahme eines Rollerumbaus mit Baujahr um 1960 . Ansonsten muss wohl mit einem Votol umgerüstet werden.

Thank you for your reply. It is useful to know that communication with the Odin 3.0 is not yet possible. Fingers crossed that will change one day . I will check Jeff-jordan's post about the problem, thanks. There have been no additional beeping noises from the bike.

Here I posted for gungadin how to figure out whether the motor has a short between the phases, or if the problem relates to the controller.

Unfortunately there is nothing known about the controller of E-Odin 3.0 , so we don't know if there are beep-codes or not.

But in case of the controller, you can check if there is a fried MOSFET bridge with a common multimeter: When motor and battery are disconnected, just measure the resistance between each phase and +Vcc and GND. If you find a very low resistance (approx. 10 Ohm or less), one of the MOSFET bridges is fried.

Hi. Jetzt hat die Laderei des Akkus seit 1.9. wieder geklappt und gestern streikte das Ladegerät wieder! Natürlich reicht der Ladestand nicht mehr um heim zu fahren! Zwei Fragen: Welches Signal kommt an der gelben Leitung an? Temperatur? Kann ich da tricksen? Also Widerstand rein oder so ähnlich? Das Ladegerät fängt 5 Sek an zu laden und geht dann wieder aus und die grüne Leucht geht an! Frage 2: Kann ich mit 6 vollen AGM in Reihe den Akku aufladen? Oder hat so ein Ladegerät irgendeine Ladelogik bei Lion-Akkus? Ich komm ja aus einer Zeit in der ich aus einem Trafo und 4 Dioden ein Batterieladegerät gebastelt hab-das geht wohl nicht mehr so einfach… Das 10 A Gerät reicht mir übrigens locker, weil ich die Odin immer über Nacht geladen habe wenn ich weiter fahren musste! In Summe hab ich das Teil vielleicht 35-40 Mal geladen! Hab jetzt grad mal 3700 km drauf! Auf den Tüv bin ich in nem halben Jahr gespannt… Aber das haben ja schon einige geschafft!! Danke im Voraus für Tipps und Ratschläge! Gruß Uli
